New Clients

New Clients boarding their pets will be required to fill out the "Day Care Contract" prior to arrival if they want their fur kids to play in the Doggie Dome and play yards with other guests and daycare kids. Just click the Daycare tab above, download and fill out forms and email back to us or download into your online account.
For Holiday or Spring Break Reservation Requests:
Please Phone Countryside to place a credit card deposit on your account, or make sure we have a card on file in your online client portal.

Cancellation Policies:
We do have cancellation policies over Holidays and Spring Break, you must give 14 days notice to change or cancel or you will be charged for your entire stay. We do require deposits or credit card numbers to book reservations during these busy times. We do need the deposit before we can confirm your reservation.

Additional Notes
Please be advised that by submitting a request for a reservation it MEANS YOU ARE WANTING THE DATES YOU ARE REQUESTING! It is not an inquiry! We will confirm the request normally within 24 hours. Once we confirm the request you are responsible for paying for the dates. If you need to cancel you will be charged a cancelation fee. If you are just inquiring, please email or call to check for availability, don’t fill out an online request.
Vaccination Records: We require that all required vaccinations be current at the time of services and that a copy of those vaccination are provided to us either by mail or email before arrival or a hard copy can be provided at check-in.
You can have your veterinarian email us your pet(s) medical records.
